Global Implant Institute ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (the "Site"), including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.
Collection of Your Information
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:
- Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, billing address, mobile number, country of residence, and message content, that you voluntarily give to us when you use the contact form, sign up for our mailing list, create an account, or register for a course.
- Account Data: If you create an account, we store your profile details (name, email address, contact information, and your email marketing preferences) in our database, which is hosted by Supabase within the European Union.
- Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. Where you consent to analytics cookies, this may also include usage data collected via analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
- Financial Data: When you book a course and make a payment, your financial data (e.g., credit card number, expiry date, CVC, billing address) is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We may receive transaction details (like amount paid, date, last 4 digits of card) necessary for booking confirmation and record-keeping. If using payment methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay, the processing is handled according to their respective privacy policies, facilitated through Stripe.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:
- Respond to your inquiries submitted via the contact form.
- Send you newsletters, marketing communications, and other information about our courses if you have opted into our mailing list.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Process Payments and Manage Bookings: To process payments for course bookings (via our third-party processors), confirm your registration, provide course details, and manage your participation.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions and comply with legal obligations.
